I personally like the top one best for its nicely balanced calligraphy, but all 3 are one-looker authentic flags.

First flag : Main slogan says 武勇誠忠 (Bravery and Sincere Loyalty) 忠義 (Righteous Loyalty) A man named Hirohashi must have written the main slogan, as he affixed his personal seal. Who must be Hirohashi's wife is also contributing in the bottom right corner. The 9 o'clock inscription reveals it was presented by a Youth Group in Niigata Prefecture. It does not say to whom the flag was presented

Second flag: It has a shrine stamp of Shirahige Shrine (see photo below of 白髭神社) in Okitsu-cho Shizuoka Prefecture. Presented to Masaichi Mochizuki and the usual everlasting fortunes slogan. Otherwise all names, which makes it the most boring of the three.

The third flag: Presented to Yasuhiko Fujimoto and wishing him everlasting fortunes in battle. Navy Fieldmarshal Koga's death is mentioned, so the flag can be dated to after March 1944. Otherwise most people are signing along with a short slogan.
