Translation please

Hi gents, can I please get translations on these IJN T3 tunics. Can someone also tell me how to post pictures of different items without them being jumbled together on the same thread , was told EDIT POST , but I cannot see anything that says this, so the first three photos are of one tunic and the last three of the second.
