I have seen this once before. It was on a late-war gunto, or possibly a fake, but I didn't keep the reference:

Hello Kiipu , thanks for the info, But I'm a bit confused by all this info, So if I understand correctly it is an Indonesia, formally the Dutch East Indies, in the period 1943 to 1945 by the Japanese army. The Japanese army established an arsenal in Bandung バンドン, Java in October 1943. Correct me if I'm wrong, Greetings Nikkel

That's correct. With the emblem in the handle wrap, it's likely this sword was used by PETA or other collaboration forces serving under the Japanese.
