Type 90 Helmet?

Hello, so I bought a small Japanese collection and I have this Helmet that looks like a Type 90 but with almost no rim to it.
It does not seem to have been cut down, mabe its just some sort of reproduction?





While searching I found this site and thought I should try here, mabe some of you know what this is.

That is how Nakata made repro army paratrooper helmets out of Type 90 helmets reused postwar by Thailand. They did this in the hundreds, so they would have made a jig to do a clean job. That is why they look so neat and not sloppy.
