Type 99 Grenades?

Hello: Are the attached pictures those of two Japanese Type 99 grenades? If yes, do the grenades appear to be original or replicas? And is the red paint on the top of each grenade correct? The pictures that I have seen of similar grenades were not painted red.

I am guessing that the cords are replacements.
