unknown rear admiral

Hi,

I have this really nice rear admiral service dress and his gloves, but they put the name out and the only thing i have is some paperwork and pictures.
I hope someone recognize him so i could put a name on him. I think the paperwork is some kind of news bulletin and on one of the pictures there is written showa 10 so 1934 yokosuka harbor.
