I picked-up a Japanese WB with Document( first one ever)
I'm not sure if this is a WB for combat or Non combat?
if some could help translate this , I would be very grateful

Tony, the gold finish s for combat injuries, silver for non combat, malaria etc. Bill.

Sorry, but the badge does not fit the certificate; you'll need to find one with silver arrowheads to match the certificate.
