Mark Felton's video is basically just a narration of the English Wikipedia article on the subject, errors and all. I have noticed his videos on Japanese subjects are usually lacking in terms of fact checking. He also made some bold and so far unproven claims about the Yokosuka 1st SNLF on Saipan in one of his recent videos. Would be nice to see him use primary sources and cite them too.

What a terrible way to die! With the popularity of "hafu" in the Japanese entertainment industry, I'm surprised Kurusu's story was not adapted to an NHK drama.
