I would say post war refurbished base don the paint. The rivets/vents look odd so the liner may have been replaced. The chinstrap bails are correct for WWII period, a photo of the stitching where the liner is joined will help (two parallel lines of stitching and not a 'Z' is a good indication of WWII period).

Hello, I think it is a Finnish M33, in the 30s Finland bought many of these helmets, partially delivered incomplete and for this reason they were assembled with local components: liner, chin strap or rivets.
