Italian Political Pin

Gents, I know this is an Italian Political Pin but can't find it anywhere. There are numerous ones that have PNR but none like this. Any help you could provide would greatly be appreciated.

Hi LW,
this is a pin for children, used by the fascist youth organization "Piccole Italiane".
It was a compulsory political organization that included girls from 8 to 14 years of age; it was the female equivalent of the "Opera Nazionale Balilla".
The manufacturer should be: F.M. Lorioli & Castelli, in Milan.
