Fake SS buckle but what about the belt?

Article about: Hello everyone, I am aware that the buckle is a fantasy design from Eastern Europe. But what do you think about the belt? I only paid £28 for it so if it's all fake it doesn't matter too mu

I remember a lot of the early post-war Czech Army material was stamped with a 'crossed swords' approval stamp. But when seeing a stamp like that, it does not confirm the item is post-war, it can be original WW2 German continued use. I have seen these markings on Y-straps, LW Canalhosen, jackets, and a lot of other material. In the early days, it was a hobby ansich to buy a lot of cheap Czech surplus and filter out the WW2 German items. The consequence was that we were always searching for (faded) spots were inkstamps were grinded. A lot of Chez material was sold as original German issue but infact was just post-war Czech made after German originals. But you could be lucky!
