SS belt and buckle for review

Hi Gents,
I have the opportunity to buy this item and would be grateful for any information you learned members could give me on this belt and buckle.
There doesn't seem to be any ss markings anywhere.
The eagle seems to be uneven along the top ridge of the buckle.

Just been researching and do the diamond feathers and no rope between head and wings mean fake?

Hi again,
Could anyone identify the markings on this belt please.
I can't make out the first part because of the scratch (maybe a 3?) but the rest is A Bn 11 37. Could they be unit marks ?

The Marker is B. A. Br. 1137 = Bekleidungsamt Brünn Monat 11 im Jahr 1937... It's a RAD (Reichs Arbeits Dienst) belt...
