DD Luft M35
Ordinarily, I would pass on a helmet in this condition; droop leg is well worn, tricolor is chipped, lots of paint loss...
But this one called to me from a table at a local show. 1935 production; 10 years of service, 7 of those wartime. The helmet just has the look of having been through the grinder.
If only it could talk, what stories could it tell....
Appears to be an honest helmet.
