Ef64 nd m42

Article about: I just recently purchased this helmet and I took a little risk as it’s only my second helmet and I didn’t ask here first but I think I did alright. It’s a EF64 but the lot number is a

    Nice example and we need to save all of the ND M42's we can before they sprout decals applied by unscrupulous hands.

    We definitely do, I’ve already seen too many ND helmets already ruined. Thanks everyone for the compliments glad to hear I’d did alright.

    That’s what I originally thought too but looking at other “4”s the lines didn’t add up and looking at Jan Meland’s book his example of the flipped number shows the same as mine where all the other numbers appear upside down and the second to last is normal. I’ll give some more looking for sure as I’ve not been able to find any other examples and I’m not an expert. For now I’ll look at it as 4418 until I can prove for or against.

    I dont think the OP understands the way this hobby works. You mean you are done with M42's until the next nice one comes along. This hobby is like a disease.

    Very nice ND. I have owned many helmets but have yet to acquire a ND M42
