Pretty hard to make a call from those pictures. It appears to have a post war dyed Norwegian liner at least, which does not hold out much hope for the camo paint in my opinion.

i've serached the web and there are some norway camo example looks preety close to this one

... and it seems IMO there is the outline of the Norwegian decal below the painting at the right (which is more pointed compared with the German tricolour)? The stamp inside the liner looks Norwegian too.
