Is this M16 used by the Finnish original?

Hi everyone. I found this a helmet being sold near me. Im not a too experienced collector which is why im looking for some more experienced collectors opinion just until i get enough experience to be 100% sure. Im not sure about the chinstrap or the liner and i would apriciate opinions on the shell aswell. The seller said that it seems that on the outside of the shell is
"L 141". I would greatly apriciate also some advice on the value, like i said im not too expirienced just starting out and i wouldnt want to overpay. Any help is greatly apriciated. Have a nice weekend!

Seems like a good one, its not a M16 though, but an Austro-Hungarian produced M17.
The Stamp is the Rolling Mill Makers Code, with L for Ludwikow.
Liner, Chinstrap and Paint should be all Finnish reissue. For Value i would search a bit online and you should find similar examples.
Looks like a nice helmet to me!
