Thanks for the positive comments .... This Helmet has been with me for about a year or so .... I’ve only just shown it to fellow collectors for comment. It lives in a cabinet next to a small collection of Picklehaubes.
Also I acquired the Helmet through a private source and not through a Dealership.

Ah! Well it must it is very similar then! The one I saw was on this site: Welcome ww2-militaria.co.uk - Justhost.com
But the URL is now defunct so I wasn't sure what the situation was.
A lovely re-issue helmet anyway.
