Hello,
Recently i received offer from seller on ebay to buy this particular helmet, I am not sure about the paint, liner leather and chinstrap. Maybe i am too cautious?

The strap appears to be a repro from these photos. Not sure if it is the lighting, but the liner from these photos has a very Norwegian "red" color we see in their post war helmets.

Hard to give an opinion on the exterior paint from these photos.

I hope it's ok to put my 2 cents in.
If the decal is a repro the whole piece will fall apart.
As MAP said the strap stands out like a sore thumb.
I can only judge from the strap leather which is unused.
The split pins don't look like a match in material and the left pin is way out of alignment with the exterior,the right pin looks loose.
It looks like a recently replaced liner.
The wear marks inside the rear skirt don't look good.
Someone tried too hard to show off the lot number by machine.
I haven't seen a Norwegian upgraded version of an aluminum liner before if that is what I see.
