Beaded M40 and the liner is civic or perhaps combat helmet.

At the back of the helmet number 427

64cm is the size hence the ET64 stamp.
Not WW2 leather on the liner.
The ventilation holes at the front of the liner are post war and West German from my limited experience.
A very nice beaded ET.

The round cork spacers indicate probable post war (or very later war) manufacture.

The liner as Kateri notes in not WW2 era. It is of a different design than other post war liners with the holes being much larger than what I've seen before.
