M40 Helmet & Fireman's Pickelhaube Identification Needed

Purchased these 2 in a large lot of auction items from Germany and was wondering if the M40 helmet is post-war Bundeswehr or not and also if someone can give me some info on the pickelhaube. I'm assumung the pickelhaube is from Frankfurt do to the emblem on the front? Also, I'm very new here and not sure if this question is allowed but what would be a fair price for each? I am just now diving into collecting helmets so I would very much appreciate any and all help. Thanks!

The "M40" is not a war time produced shell. I don't study post war helmets so hopefully someone can provide more info.

The Haube does appear to be Feurwehr. Nice condition too. Typically not an area of focus for members that collect militaria but there are people that collect Fire related items, so there is a market for these.

The steel helmet is not a wartime helmet, but would appear to be a post-war M35/53 used by the Bundesgrenzschutz (Federal Border Guard). The Bundeswehr (Federal Armed Forces) never used these, or any other helmet resembling the wartime M 40.
