Very nice Helmet, i find the writing inside especially intruiging. I read: "Flg. -maybe Removed?" and "2. Zug / 9 Gr." ? The Gr. could be for Gruppe i assume, while the Flg. may have been Flieger, followed by the then removed Name of the Owner? Generally a very beautiful Helmet with a personal touch.

Wool band inside is ok.just the leather has the broken pieces it's a shame how it is sat around years never found perfect helmet. Always something worn out mice issues rust .

There is no real perfect helmet imo. for me an Mint unused Helmet would be far from perfect - as i prefer the used, salty look. Thus i think u have a great one.
