M40 Lufty Looking for Its Insides

Here is an M40 Lufty, Q66, T1453, in search of its insides Rather sad to see a helmet with such a great decal missing its liner, bands and strap. It will be going up for sale in the future, but I wanted to post it first for comments before offering it to the crowd. Thanks, as always...and Happy Belated Easter to everyone on the forum

Yes, sir, indeed, it could be! I thought of doing so, but I already have a complete Quist Lufty with similar condition decal, so I figured I would pass this to someone in need of one, and I just don't have the cash to do a restoration on this one anyway.

Just curious, what would you consider selling it for as is? just a ballpark figure so I can get an idea. It's nice but sad at the same time! Def a lot of potential here.

I'll shoot ya a PM with my thoughts, but I know it's not worth a ton, missing all those parts. The price of complete helmets being what it is, I'm thinking this one might be a good alternative for someone lacking funds for a complete one, and isnt worried so much about messed with split pins and having to put a liner in it.
