Hi Map sorry about that I forgot to add the lot number and maker it’s a Side stamp ET and I asked about the decal and the seller said that there is a heer decal under the paint just hard to see.

Odd. Sorry. I thought I replied but guess I didn't.

Anyway, yes, and agree with Nick. Thick paint can hide any ghosting of the decals. Just with the chips I was expecting to maybe see the outline of one which is why I asked if it was a Q.

But, still a nice looking helmet! contrats.
