I’m curious about this helmet. Ideas on preservation and displaying where the inside is visible. Any information and thoughts greatly appreciated.

Still solid, albeit not in the best of shape, but still a piece of history. Keep it in a low humidity, low light area, display it and enjoy it. Take some picture for future reference so that you can notice any changes and adjust storage accordingly. And don’t be tempted to treat it with anything as this will change its current condition which appears to be quite untouched.
