Best you show the whole helmet so members can match the maker to decals used and just in case something has been messed with like liner or suchlike...

Does it look like the tricolor was post war applied over a previously removed tri color?
Both decals have the same level of age related crazing. Although those faint vertical marks between the vent hole and the top of the NS decal might indicate the old decal was scraped off. Hard to tell though. Also the paint all around the NS decal does look slightly rubbed out.
Would like to see photos that are not as blurry when expanded.
