I've purchased from them before on several occasions, and have never had a problem with them, though I've never purchased anything especially rare or expensive. They warrant a little more caution than most other dealers, but if you know what you're looking at dealing with them needn't be a risk.

That is the entire "crux" of the matter "in a nutshell"
Unless you are sure (and sometimes even then) ask for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc opinion from other like-minded enthusiasts.
As for copyright, that all depends on "usage" of an image for your own benefit and usually, by default, to the detriment of the copyright owner.
In reality posting an image for the opinion of others is not "using" it by legal definition.
The seller has put the image into the public domain for all to view and you are asking others what they think of it.
There is no copyright issue at all and should any person try to raise an issue no court I can imagine would ever even consider hearing it

Mark

Reason: Typo
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares more about than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature with no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
