Strange helmet with fake (?) luftwaffe decal

This is a helmet for sale I have never seen before. It looks like a Portuguese one used in the early days of ww1 but it is not the same. I asked for better pictures of the decals and when these arrive and when needed I can post them here. Meanwhile I am very curious for some opinions.

Maybe this is trying to be an Afrika Korps pith helmet for a reenactor or perhaps a prop for a movie.

Looks like an Industrial "Hardhat" that's been embellished...Notice the rear part of the liner folds down to protect the wearer's neck/back of the head...
