Definitely fishy. Very slight chance it could be in unissued condition, but I'm not familiar with that decal. I'd ask for much closer pics, but good luck with that. Trying to tell auction companies how to take detailed pics of a helmet can be a pain in the rear. I've had luck with some companies. I have always gotten a response from every company I have emailed about a helmet. Might as well try.

Hmm. I'd take the risk if the price was less than the price for a helmet in that condition sans decal, or if you have that much money to gamble with. I agree on the picture clarity, get a nice picture of the decal and work from there.

The auction ended and the winner paid $100, but I have never seen a TeNo decal before so I did not bid, also none of you guys seemed ethused about it so why risk the $100.
$100 is worth the shell, IMO.
Without better pics we really can't do much more than guess.
