Wire helmet

Article about: Gday gents, I'd love to have your thoughts on this helmet. Unfortunately my phone was playing up so it only let me take these pics before it decided to die. Cheers, Dave.

You can never judge any helmet without adequate photos.
Interior photos are equally important , doesn't matter if the question is about a camo or a decal or wire. All things must match and make sense.

The wire is far too tight to the helmet to be of any use attaching foliage to it, i'd say a classic fakers mistake!...

Wire helmets...need many high quality pics to zoom in on...or a hands on inspection. Even then one will get mixed reviews. I have handled many of them, never owned one & tell anyone interested..."Stay Away". I know of the fakers responsible for dozens of them done up in the 80s' that now have patina on them to be somewhat convincing after 35 years of interaction
