WW2 German helmet

Hello,

This isn’t an area where I have any experience. Saw this helmet for sale and looked interesting, maybe because of the insignia on the front of the helmet. It appears to be in decent shape and want to ask if authentic and worth $150-$200? The liner inside looks to be intact with only 1 clip holding it in?
