I know this isn't much to go on but it is all I have right now. Before I go farther with this I would like to get your opinions. What do yo think of its originality and what might you share with me? What does the stamping on the catch mean? Thanks so much to all for Your expertise and sharing of knowledge.

The buckle looks original. The catch is OLC. Overhoff and Cie but this doesn't mean the buckle was made by Overhoff.
