I meant who and when(temporally ) did this Luftwaffen Buckle married with the 'Red Star'....

Judging by the photo, the first buckle was found in the ground. According to the second buckle, the star could be added at any time.

Yes, I think yo are right "Zeppelin" the star looks post war added.
