I'm gonna think about it a bit... I gave him a call to ask about it. He said he dug it up. Obviously not sure if I believe him though. Guess I'll sleep on it.
If you're asking if it's worth $44 in the general collector market, then the answer is probably no, but many people like ground dug relics for the history they represent. One of these that wasn't dug would probably sell for around $75-100, in my opinion.
