In this condition the price would have to be very cheap. Unless you want to display it with a heavily worn combat tunic I would wait for a nicer one. A steel Heer buckle has to be the most common of all TR buckles.

A steel Heer buckle with 95-100% of it's paint and no tab in excellent to mint condition is $100-125 unless it is a rare maker. In this condition I wouldn't pay $50 for the buckle.
As already stated this buckle has a little collection value, despite the fact that the manufacturer is Osang a relatively uncommon maker
