DJ Beltbuckle arrived

Hi guys,

The DJ buckle I posted for authentication some weeks ago has finally arrived. Due to some digital issues and COVID19 postal delay it took a while but here it is.

It is worn, the silver(ish) finish is only present for about 50% and the catch is a little bent... but to me, looking for it quite some time (to my beginner’s eye they seem not very available), it was like the holy grail arriving by mail. Fools and children are easily satisfied they say here.

It is my first DJ buckle. My newly found passion on buckles is really heading into the direction of HJ/DJ, Weimar/Reichsheer era and civil like Turnerbund etc.

Very nice nickel over brass buckle surprised its not marked but does not take away from the buckle, very nice indeed
