There is a maker mark dated 1936, I cant see who manufactured the belt, but it was made in Lüdenscheid. There is the soldiers name and Rank, Erich Ochs (I am not sure about the surname) and his rank is Funker (radio operator). The L.B.A on the buckle tab stands for Luftwaffe Bekledungsamt and means Air Force quartermaster's store. On the actual belt I think I see an S after L.B.A which I think might stand for Stettin.
