    OK Sarah, I'll go first while you get your new pics ready. Picking 5 is not an easy thing. So, I picked examples that are unusual, hard to find and/or a full set with the belt etc that I like a lot. Checked the original posts and decided to use the thread links.

    You picked some nice buckles Jeff. It was tough to pick my five favorite Luftwaffe.
    1. Blue web tabbed unmarked but it is a GB
    2. Green web tabbed Arld
    3. Mint black tabbed Aurich
    4. Mint droop tail crank catch
    5. Belgian made steel

    Thank for posting your favorite five buckles. Excellent DLV set. I don’t have a tabbed example. I was looking for a RS&S flat back and finally add one a few years ago. Hopefully I can upgrade to a tabbed example. The droop tail tabbed buckles have the some very interesting marking.

    Thank you.. These are all keepers. I was very lucky to find the unit marked belt for the dransfeld that I already had. It was a perfect match. The unit is Flieger Ersatz Abteilung 17' from Quedlinburg and the stamp underneath the unit mark on the tab is LBAB 36.. I hope you find a tabbed example
