You picked some nice buckles Jeff. It was tough to pick my five favorite Luftwaffe.
1. Blue web tabbed unmarked but it is a GB
2. Green web tabbed Arld
3. Mint black tabbed Aurich
4. Mint droop tail crank catch
5. Belgian made steel
Really nice selection too... just brilliant..

Keeping this thread active. A very early variant catch with 1935 leather tab.

Thank for posting your favorite five buckles. Excellent DLV set. I don’t have a tabbed example. I was looking for a RS&S flat back and finally add one a few years ago. Hopefully I can upgrade to a tabbed example. The droop tail tabbed buckles have the some very interesting marking.

Thank you.. These are all keepers. I was very lucky to find the unit marked belt for the dransfeld that I already had. It was a perfect match. The unit is Flieger Ersatz Abteilung 17' from Quedlinburg and the stamp underneath the unit mark on the tab is LBAB 36.. I hope you find a tabbed example
