Looks ok and period three ply stitched. Original stitching IMO

The like the buckle. Above average condition, LBA marked and named. I have owned a few belts that were named but I don’t remember ever having a name on a tab.

Yes, as the gentlemen above have stated, all original stitching.
The stitch tensioning has gone a little awry (dragged) to one side, but that’s not unusual in machine sewing and no problem here.
Very nice buckle and tab!
