GST uniform advice

Hi All,

Picked up the attached GST uniform recently, would anyone know what would be the correct headgear to go with this?

Any help appreciated.

I believe it would be a sidecap like this.

Thank you for the reply and the picture.
I did wonder if that was the correct cap to go with the uniform.

The only picture I have come across of that exact uniform being worn, the guy is bare headed.
I'm told the uniform dates from the 1960's.

I'm not that much into GST but it's the only piece of headwear I can think of. If it's from the 60s, a sidecap with the flaps sewn open would be the correct model. Later ones from 70s onward had the flaps sewn into the sides all the way.

Thanks for the extra info about the difference between the early and later caps.
Hopefully I can find the correct model at some point.
