Odd Romanian M73 Parade Helmet

I would like a 2nd opinion if anyone has any expertise/opinions on this M73 Parade Helmet, I haven't seen one of this style with such a small emblem, is this original or has it been replaced with an emblem from a hat/other piece of clothing? Typically when I see a M73 Ceremonial Helmet it has a glossy finish with a large emblem but I am unsure of this one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
