They most certainly are two great Landpolizei buckles by Assmann. Dont know what happened to the rear of the gold one but both nice original buckle

Original buckles and rare. These are usually in excellent condition. I believe these were produced but were never issued because the SS took over control of the Police. I see around 3 of the silver ones for every gold ones. The black on the reverse of the gold one is common. Something to do with the plating process.
