    Yes, that it a really super looking buckle and as Thomas has quite rightly pointed out, complete with the twin circles under the pin shroud.

    How interesting that for a buckle with such very fine obverse detail, the rear has a somewhat "blurred" image. Not necessary that the male and female dies or tools should mirror each other and instead, the critical feature of a correct and controlled pressure into the female die.
