Once again hunting down the elusive gold...

After asking for some better photos the seller made a good effort and sent these..

I don't like the colour nor the detail but what do others think? Small stamp/marking under the pin catch.

Paul's right. Definitely a worn silver badge. Quite an attractive one, actually, but if you're after a gold save your money.

It never really occurred to me how appropriate (or inappropriate!) it was for the current situation! I've had it for years, long before Dobby decided to invade Ukraine, though maybe now is a good time for a change!
