    With all of the pits and holes in the reverse, I would pass on this one.
    There should be only one hole, at the bottom.

    I agree 100%.

    If this badge were a hollow with soldered back plate type there would be no more than one hole at the bottom of the badge (though some have no hole) which was to allow gas/steam to escape during soldering.

    However, as you describe this as "massiv" I assume it is solid yet it looks like it has a backplate (this would be nowhere near as visible in an original).
    Either way the pitts in this one are indicative of a bad casting. I am afraid that in my opinion this badge is totally bad

    Also, when seeking authetication of a badge, censored pictures are not at all helpful as they can cover many serious red flags (not that any more are needed in this case!).
