    well the mark of 30 is a known maker, that much is clear.

    Please read this thread.
    The Use of German Terminology.

    Your wound badge appears to be original. What makes you think it is gold?
    I believe it is a silver example as some of the finish can still be seen on the left side of the obverse in the leaves. It is tarnished but, I still believe it to be silver.

    Agree but I read that most common fakes is also marked with 30 so I need somebody to make clarity on this one!

    Thx for response, some seller says its gold as for me its looks more like a silver as well but the price is like for gold one !Also thx for greetings and sorry for braking some rules will do better next time!

    It looks fine to me, other than the condition, and the broken catch.
    I would not spend too much on this one.

    There are plenty of better examples without damage in both gold and silver out there
