The condition of the hinge, pin and catch doesn't appear to match the condition of the badge.....

I believe this is a Deumer produced PAB, but this is not in collectible condition.
Here is my example.

I have a few more photos, maybe it will help. Ralph do you still think it's deumer?

I see some differences in the grass area in front of the tank, and the pin should have a tool mark close to the hinge.
So, either the pin has been replaced, or, I believe, the badge is not an original Deumer.
