Agree with Ralph, looks typical for a SHuCo design and is original in my opinion.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

From what I can see, I believe this one is the ShuCo Design 4-vein example with the small, round catch plate.
Most of the ShuCo 41 / ShuCo Design ISA's and considered pretty common among collectors.
That said, there are variants that are not often encountered...this being one of them.
Here is one I have to compare.
