I think this is in with a shout of being a good Juncker cross.
On the examples I have, there are areas of the wreath which are very similar indeed and although my zinc one is a little worn, the pebbling appears to be the same also.
Wait around for other opinions, Martin may be along and he is better with these.

question, were screw backs, ever issued or only private purchased? and if private purchased were they authorized for wear?
I believe that screwback awards were only ever private purchase items, much like screwback EK1s.
I've been looking for any regulation or article which stipulated the legality of wearing these screwbacks and so far have not found anything. However, given that many of the makers of these screwback awards were also allocated PKZ numbers, I cannot forsee any reason why they would not be authorised for wear as they were made by a recognised company.
If I find anything to the contrary, or if anyone else has info, then I'll add to this.
