Award looks good. Despite the good photos I am having trouble making out the MM on the ring. PKZ # should be "45" for Franz Jungwirth to match the packet.

Good original set - if the makers mark matches the manufacturer on the packet. If the price is right, go for it.

From what i was able to see the mark on the medal is 32 or 27
