Short description of personal combat feat or accomplishment
During his work as the aviation wing technician, Comrade Mulkhlinov has unceasingly worked to repair aircraft in Army field conditions. Lacking the necessary repair components during our Army’s summer-winter offensive, he repaired six aircraft damaged during the accomplishment of their combat missions, thus supporting the rapid return to combat readiness of these aircraft to further service to the squadron for liaison work. In addition to his repair work Comrade Mukhlinov leads the aviation mechanics, who during this period serviced and supported the technical requirements of 650 aviation sorties of liaison and combat flights. Comrade Mukhlinov personally serviced more than 100 aviation sorties of combat missions. He works a lot with his subordinate mechanics. He teaches them how to better conduct repair work in field conditions and best employ repair part section.
He is excellently trained. He is politically astute. He is dedicated to the Lenin-Stalin Party and the Socialist Motherland.
For the rapid and high-quality repair work of aircraft in field conditions and for technical service and preparation of aircraft in the accomplishment of their combat missions of the Army Command, Comrade Mukhlinov is deserving of the Order of the Red Star.
